Community Support Officer — 55+ Independence & Housing

Brunelcare is hiring a Help When You Need It (HWYNI) Officer to deliver targeted short-term support for adults aged 55+ in the Bristol community, helping them stay independent and access relevant services.

You will provide one-to-one practical assistance, assist with budgeting and entitlements, liaise with families and professionals, and travel to clients in their homes with your own transport.
