Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking an Operational Food Safety Technologist to safeguard food safety, quality and operational excellence across our restaurants, kitchens and food halls. The role operates on a 4-on, 4-off shift from 6:00pm to 6:00am.
You will champion food safety, quality, legality and compliance, working with engineering, hygiene and pest control partners to ensure products meet specifications and standards while driving a positive food safety culture.
