Ophthalmic Theatre Lead — Team & Patient Care

CHEC is recruiting a Theatre Lead to join our ophthalmology and wider theatre team on a permanent basis. The role involves leading the theatre department, ensuring governance, clinical effectiveness and high standards of care across the day-to-day operation.

You will be an experienced Theatre Practitioner or Senior Theatre Practitioner guiding and supporting your team while delivering patient care, with a focus on leadership, safety and service improvement.
