Lead Registered Nurse — Dementia Care & Team Leadership

Great Oaks Care Home in Bournemouth is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to lead and support our care team. The role offers day shifts with 36 or 48 hours per week and paid breaks, with onsite parking provided.

You will deliver high-quality nursing care, perform clinical assessments, and coordinate plans with GPs and other health professionals. We value leadership, dementia awareness, and strong communication to enhance residents’ quality of life.
