Frazer-Nash Consultancy seeks an experienced Senior Training Specialist to lead Training Needs Analysis and design learning solutions across Defence, Government, Nuclear, Rail, Healthcare and critical national infrastructure sectors.

You will manage the full training lifecycle from analysis to solution design, development, implementation and evaluation, with hybrid work between offices, client sites and home. SC eligibility is required.
