Finance Manager – Lead Group Finance (6 companies, £50m)

Môrwell Talent Solutions Ltd in Newport is hiring a Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day finance function across six group companies with a combined turnover of about £50 million.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage a team of seven, ensure timely, accurate reporting, support decision-making and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role is hands-on, office-based and requires strong Excel and Sage 200 experience.
