On-Site IT Engineer: Rapid Incident & Customer Support

Capgemini is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician for our Crewe site. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving incidents and service requests to SLA while liaising with Production and Maintenance teams.

Working five days a week on site, you will perform floor walks, manage spare equipment, and contribute to knowledge base articles. A Can-Do attitude and strong documentation skills are essential for success.
