Delivery Station Liaison – Fast-Impact Customer Support

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Station Liaison Agent to support last-mile deliveries from our London-area warehouses.

You will contact customers, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with warehouse teams and delivery partners to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will operate at one of our last-mile delivery sites in Greater London, interacting with customers, warehouse staff and drivers daily to provide timely guidance and solutions.
