Older Adult Community Mental Health Nurse – Relocation

NHS Grampian is actively seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team in Moray. You will deliver assessments, care planning and evidence-based interventions for older adults in the community, working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The role requires excellent communication, a passion for older adult mental health, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
