The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our UK Agricultural team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building lasting customer relationships, and maximising their earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the agricultural sector through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Promote and sell Sandhills’ advertising products and cloud-based technology solutions.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and account management.
- Educate customers on the full range of products and services available through Sandhills.
- Travel regularly to meet customers and strengthen business partnerships, typically up to one week per month.
About You
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and results-focused.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Full, clean UK or EU driving licence.
