Deputy Manager – Family Care & Safeguarding Lead

Randstad NV, on behalf of a specialist Family Assessment Centre in Malvern, is seeking a Day Team Deputy Manager (37 hours per week) to support daily operations, deputise for the Registered Manager, and help ensure Ofsted-compliant, high-quality care.

You will have at least two years’ experience with adults or families in a similar setting, lead staff, manage safeguarding, and produce parenting assessments and reports.
