Site Manager

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site and delivery against programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and materials to maintain progress.
• Ensure build quality meets NHBC standards and company expectations.
• Maintain strong health & safety standards and carry out regular site inspections.

• Monitor plot progression, resolve issues and keep the wider team informed.

  An experienced Site Manager from a residential housebuilding background.

• Ideally, experience within a PLC or volume housebuilder.
• Strong knowledge of traditional build and NHBC requirements.
• Someone who can organise trades, manage quality and keep a firm grip on programme.

• An experienced Assistant Site Manager ready to step up will also be considered.

  Surrey / Up to £70,000 + Package

• We’re working with a major PLC housebuilder on a traditional build development in Surrey, set within an established residential area with a mix of new homes and green open space.,
• Salary up to £70,000 + package.
• An established site already underway.
• The opportunity to prove yourself within a major PLC developer.
• Further developments planned across Sussex next year, offering potential for continued progression.
