As an Interim Curriculum Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Life Sciences, ensuring outstanding learner outcomes, an exceptional student experience and a culture of continuous improvement. What you’ll be doing

• Leading and managing the Life Sciences curriculum areas
• Developing and implementing curriculum strategies that meet learner, employer and community needs
• Managing, coaching and developing a team of teaching staff to achieve outstanding performance
• Driving excellence in teaching, learning, assessment and quality improvement
• Monitoring performance through lesson observations, learning walks and quality processes
• Leading on recruitment, retention, achievement and progression targets
• Managing resources, budgets and operational planning within your curriculum area
• Ensuring an outstanding learner experience and positive student outcomes across all programmes
• Contributing to wider College strategic objectives as part of the management team
