Senior Support Worker – Learning Disabilities (PBS)

Kingsley Specialist Services is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our care team. You will recognise and support residents’ daily needs, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, and contribute to care planning while coaching other staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Working within the PBS framework, you will promote independence, dignity and wellbeing for adults with complex needs. A Full UK Driving Licence is preferred but not essential.
