Regional Finance Director — Lead Across 3 Dealerships (Hybrid)

Command Recruitment is recruiting a Regional Accountant to oversee financial management, control, reporting and performance analysis for three dealership sites in the UK. You will lead a team of 4–5 finance professionals and partner with General Managers and departmental leaders to drive profitability and robust governance.

The role offers hybrid working across Kidlington, Swindon and Banbury with a salary up to £60,000, a company car and a 10% bonus, depending on experience.
