n An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a modern law firm with traditional values. This role is ideal for a motivated paralegal looking to build on their conveyancing experience, gain hands-on exposure to quality work, and progress their career within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:n Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completionn Drafting contracts and supporting documentationn Conducting searches and preparing reportsn Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third partiesn Handling post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsn Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client caren Supporting the wider property team as required
Requirements:n Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience within residential conveyancingn Experience assisting with sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equityn Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workloadn Excellent communication and client care skillsn A proactive and team-oriented approach
