Clinical Package Lead: Lead Person-Centred Home Care

Brightening Lives in Whitby is seeking an experienced Clinical Package Lead to oversee a care package for a lady with acquired brain injury, in her home and community.

You will lead a dedicated team, ensure safe, person-centred care, and work with the Clinical Lead Nurse to follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding.

The role requires leadership, compassion and flexibility, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity, while delivering high-quality support.
