We are partnered with an AI-native business looking for a hands-on General Counsel who wants to build something from the ground up—not inherit a fully formed legal function. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s legal function, acting as a trusted adviser to the executive team.
• Negotiate a high volume of enterprise SaaS and commercial technology agreements.
• Advise on AI regulation, governance and the evolving global regulatory landscape.
• Lead on data privacy, compliance and broader legal risk management.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations to support product development, customer growth and international expansion.
• Build scalable legal processes, templates and governance frameworks as the business continues to grow.
