Youth Residential Support Worker — Flexible Shifts & Growth

Madiba is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our team in Yorkshire. You will support young people aged 7-18, help with daily activities, education, and emotional wellbeing, and contribute to care plans and risk assessments. No prior experience required; we provide classroom training and shadow shifts.

You will need to be over 21, hold a UK driving license, and be flexible for weekends/evenings and sleep-ins paid at £50.
