Senior Palliative Care Nurse – Hospice at Home

Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care in Farnham is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse (Hospice at Home) to lead community-based palliative care. The role covers both full and part-time hours with a salary of £43,296 per annum for a 37.5-hour week, based in Farnham.
