Senior Workforce Planning Analyst

Overview

As Senior Workforce Planning Analyst, you will lead forecasting, capacity planning and workforce modelling to inform staffing strategies. You will translate complex data into clear recommendations that help the business anticipate future staffing needs and optimise resource allocation. You will work with Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR and Transformation to support performance, budgeting and growth initiatives. This permanent Manchester-based role offers a strategic impact across programmes, shaping how we plan for capability and capacity. You will engage cross-functionally to turn insights into actionable decisions that drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

• lead forecasting, capacity planning and workforce modelling across operational and strategic programmes
