Overview

You will guide transformation initiatives, focusing on AI and digital technology adoption to unlock value for clients. You’ll collaborate with delivery teams to define roadmaps, shape solutions, and drive change, measuring impact and ensuring user adoption. Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and process deep-dives to identify improvement opportunities, including AI use cases
• Lead implementation of solutions aligned with business needs and technology constraints
• Shape transformation roadmaps to address organizational challenges and objectives
• Direct digital delivery by scoping, refining options, and prioritizing value-based work
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support technology adoption and culture readiness
• Contribute to thought leadership and best practices in change, transformation, and technology adoption

Key requirements

• 5+ years in business consulting or business analysis
• Experience in adoption of new technologies within transformation programmes
• Process and Operating model redesign experience
• Change & Adoption management experience
• Product management understanding (vision, roadmap, requirements)
• Customer insight—engaging customers/users and drawing data-driven insights

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Stakeholder management and relationship-building
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of digital delivery and agile methodologies
• Bridging business needs and technology solutions to enable user adoption
