Project Manager

Overview

In this role you drive the successful delivery of decisioning software for financial services clients, leading cross‑functional teams to meet scope, quality, schedule and budget targets. You work within the Decisioning Professional Services group to ensure smooth implementation and transition to operations. You’ll lead workshops, manage risks, and maintain clear stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable client outcomes. This is a hybrid, client‑facing role with a focus on impactful software delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead software-delivery projects end-to-end across the full lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance docs, and delivery records
• Provide accurate progress reporting to clients, stakeholders, and third parties
• Chair project meetings and client workshops; document decisions and actions
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with root-cause analysis
• Manage internal, client, and third-party stakeholder relationships
• Motivate cross-functional teams and establish accountability for quality and outcomes
• Oversee scope and change-control activities and communicate impacts
• Support transition of solutions into ongoing operations with documented requirements

Key requirements

• Proven experience managing software-delivery projects in financial services
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
• Experience applying a defined project-management methodology for software projects
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong project-planning, governance, risk, and progress-reporting capabilities
• Experience facilitating client workshops and structured meetings
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Jira
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of motivating diverse stakeholders
