You’ll unify planning, governance, and reporting to ensure portfolio progress and customer outcomes. You’ll shape workforce strategy, manage risk and financials, and continuously simplify processes. Responsibilities

• Run governance forums and quarterly planning cycles
• Produce executive reporting and business cases
• Drive workforce strategy and contractor management
• Manage operational risk processes and control adoption
• Ensure financial accuracy, forecasting, and transparency
• Continuously challenge processes to simplify and improve operations

Key requirements

• Experience running planning cadences, governance structures, and delivery reporting across multi-team environments
• Strong financial instincts: budgeting, forecasting, cost visibility
• Portfolio-level risk, dependency, and change management
• Workforce strategy: balancing hires vs contractors, vendor management
• Strong relationship-building with engineering teams and senior leadership
