Senior Construction Manager

Overview

As Senior Construction Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of data center construction projects—from new builds to fit-outs and upgrades. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external partners, driving governance and continuous improvement in design, scope, and execution. This site-based role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management, and reliable capacity delivery to the business. You will contribute to PlatformDIGITAL initiatives and scale operations to meet global demand.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple data center construction projects end-to-end (design, tendering, construction, commissioning/hand-over)
• Oversee on-site works and monitor progress
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and manage project teams
• Manage contracts and procurement processes
• Own quality, schedule, cost, HSE and overall project delivery
• Supervise contractors and service providers, guiding performance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and flag overruns to protect targets
• Promote continuous improvement, partnership, and teamwork

Key requirements

• Strong experience in construction project management, preferably in data centers or mission-critical environments
• Experience with project management methodologies in multi-project environments
• Proven ability in continuous process improvement with metrics and KPIs
• Experience working in an international environment
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
