Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor subcontract packages and on-site works
• Oversee subcontractors, labor and material requirements for the contract
• Coordinate trades on site (build and MEP) and manage programme planning and production control
• Promote site safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Support Project Managers with on-site and off-site activities
• Represent the company at meetings and reinforce company image and staff responsibilities
• Lead and manage teams to deliver objectives as a People Leader/Area Leader
• Ensure delivery from strip-out to internal fit-out of office areas

Key requirements

• HNC level construction qualification
• CSCS Management Card
• SMSTS
• Proven leadership skills
• Relevant experience as a Construction Manager for a tier 1 main contractor
• People management experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain MoD Security Clearance
