Domiciliary Care Coordinator – Client-Centered Scheduling

Brayson Consulting Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a Care Coordinator to oversee day-to-day domiciliary care delivery, ensuring safe, person-centred and consistent services. You will coordinate care packages, prepare staff rotas, and liaise with clients, families and care workers to meet agreed outcomes.

You will work with the Registered Manager to maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance, support safeguarding, and help manage on-call arrangements when required.
