Senior Residential Child Care Specialist

Barnsley Council is seeking a Senior Residential Worker for a residential children’s home in Barnsley. The role is full-time, on-site, with weekend, bank holiday and night shifts.

You will support children and young people with trauma and behavioural needs, build trusting relationships, set routines, and promote emotional regulation and safety.

An Enhanced DBS check is required; English language competence; visa considerations apply; and the council offers flexible working where possible.
