Finance Team Leader — Systems & Process Improvement

East Lancashire Learning Group is seeking an experienced Finance Team Leader to supervise the day-to-day work of the Finance team and help deliver an accurate, efficient and responsive service across the College Group.

The role is primarily based at Accrington with potential travel to other sites, and involves coordinating financial processes, supporting budget holders and improving systems and controls through effective use of finance technology.
