Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead global Data and AI programs with cross-regional tech teams, business stakeholders, and vendors on planning, execution, and implementation of IT initiatives
• Manage day-to-day program delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Own program documentation and governance, including plans, status reports, and decision records; ensure alignment with governance, risk, and audit requirements
• Identify and manage program and operational risks with mitigation plans; resolve issues and escalate critical risks as needed
• Interface with technology, business, and management teams to ensure clear, audience-appropriate program communications

Key requirements

• Enterprise-wide program management experience in technology-enabled environments
• Excellent communication skills for global, cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with project tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Clarity) and MS Office; Power BI experience a plus
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Technical understanding of software engineering concepts (system architecture, APIs/integrations, data flows, cloud basics)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure; resilience and good judgment
• PMP certification, Data Governance, or related PM certifications desired
• Minimum 5 years of relevant program management experience; experience on large-scale programs preferred
