Youth Residential Care Worker — Growth & Impact

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Worker to support children and young people in our residential services. In this full-time role you will help build confidence, independence, and daily life skills within a warm, safe home environment.

The position requires experience with young people, a Level 3 in Children’s and Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards), and a full UK driving licence.
