Location: Loughborough and surrounding areas

Pay: £95 – £110 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: Ongoing roles available – immediate or September start

About the Role

• Supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support plans
• Promoting independence and confidence in learning
• Helping to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

You will need

• Experience working with children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH)
• A calm, empathetic and resilient approach
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• A relevant qualification is desirable (e.g. Level 2/3 TA, SEN-related training), but not essential
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
