Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will join an award-winning regional law firm in Surrey as a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor. You will manage a broad commercial property caseload with a degree of ownership, advising business owners, investors and tenants while strengthening client relationships. You’ll contribute to a growing team with autonomy and collaborative support, shaping the expansion of the practice. The role offers hybrid working and meaningful scope to influence client work and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations and renewals
• Commercial leases and property portfolio management
• Advising business owners, investors, landlords and tenants
• Building long-term relationships with clients and referrers
• Own matters with support from senior colleagues and contribute to practice development

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE
• Ideally from a regional law firm in Surrey or the wider South East
• Confident managing a varied commercial property caseload independently
• Commercially minded with strong technical skills and client care
• Interested in contributing to the growth of a team and developing lasting client relationships
