Location: Atherstone
Job Description:

Do you believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, no matter the challenges they face? At Renaissance Education, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our specialist therapeutic school, where you’ll have the opportunity to transform lives through exceptional teaching and meaningful relationships.

Working with children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, you’ll create engaging, personalised learning experiences that inspire confidence, curiosity and achievement. You’ll plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are carefully adapted to meet each pupil’s individual needs, ensuring every child can access the curriculum and celebrate success at their own pace.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll work closely with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, pastoral staff, SENCOs and families to develop personalised learning plans, contribute to EHCP outcomes and create a safe, nurturing environment where pupils can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Our integrated therapeutic approach means you’ll be supported by experienced professionals who share a commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for every child.

This is more than a teaching role, it’s an opportunity to make a lasting difference. We are looking for someone who is creative, resilient and passionate about inclusive education, with high expectations for every learner. In return, you’ll join a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, collaboration and continuous professional development, giving you the support and opportunities to grow your career while making a genuine impact every day.

In return, you will join a supportive and forward-thinking organisation that values its staff and invests in their development. You will have access to continuous professional development (CPD), regular professional growth opportunities, breakfast briefings, Perk Box monthly rewards, relevant training and opportunities to share best practice as part of a collaborative team.

Successful applicants will be required to demonstrate their commitment to safeguarding and child-centred practice throughout the recruitment process and during their employment with Renaissance Education.
