Overview

In this role you drive strategic delivery of complex cross-functional engineering programs within a technology consultancy. You lead multi-team initiatives end-to-end from concept to release, managing scope and dependencies. You foster cross-team alignment, coach teams on Agile practices, and report progress to stakeholders. You own risks and release strategy to keep deployments stable and high quality. Responsibilities

• Drive strategic delivery of complex engineering programs across multiple teams
• Lead end-to-end delivery from concept to release, managing scope and dependencies
• Foster cross-team alignment between engineering and business functions
• Champion Agile and Scrum practices; coach teams and lead core ceremonies
• Oversee velocity/capacity metrics; provide clear reporting to stakeholders
• Identify and escalate impediments; remove blockers
• Own program risks and release strategy; ensure coordinated deployments and ready environments
• Manage forecasting and budgeting for projects

Key requirements

• Agile Project Manager with consulting/technology services experience
• Strong technical understanding of cloud and platform technologies; experience with Microsoft or Google stacks
• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-year initiatives with interdependencies and budgeting/forecasting
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum
• Experience with advanced reporting, workflow management, and setting organizational standards
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• SC Clearance or eligible (UK citizen for 5 years)
