Resident Engagement & Activities Lead

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings. You will assist the Home Manager with fundraising and help residents socialise, bringing a kind and energetic approach to the team.

Strong planning, organisational and IT skills are essential, and safeguarding training is part of the role. HC-One supports ongoing personal and professional development.
