Employer Engagement & Opportunities Lead

The Fedcap Group in Wales is seeking a proactive Employer Engagement role to build meaningful employment opportunities for participants. You will work with colleagues, employers and partners to identify, develop paid roles, placements and volunteering across sectors.

This role requires a proactive, organised, person-centred approach, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and travel across Wales as needed.
