Front of House & Community Engagement Lead

St Marys’ Group is seeking a warm, friendly Front of House Manager at Bowburn Manor in Durham. You’ll be the welcoming face of the home, greeting visitors and residents, managing enquiries, and delivering engaging show rounds to reflect our hospitality and care standards.

You’ll take ownership of the CRM, support admissions with the Home Manager, and collaborate with care and hospitality teams to create a superb resident and family experience.
