Fieldcare Supervisor – Hull: Lead Supported Living

Voyage Care is seeking a Fieldcare Supervisor to lead our Hull supported living services. You will guide a dynamic team, develop person‑centred plans, conduct assessments, and support staff through inductions, appraisals, and medication audits.

You’ll also join multi‑disciplinary meetings and contribute to daily service management while covering on‑call duties as needed. The role is a 12‑month contract maternity cover, with enhanced pay for evenings/weekends and other benefits.
