Supported Living Coordinator: Enable Independence & Inclusion

Creative Support is recruiting a Supported Living Coordinator for our supported living and outreach service in Blackpool, which provides person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom have autism spectrum conditions and complex needs. This full-time role requires flexibility to meet the service needs, including evenings and weekends, and access to a car.
