Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead complex development projects in residential real estate
• Drive business development and contribute to firm growth
• Manage client relationships and billing performance
• Advise on land acquisition, planning, development, and plot sales
• Support and shape the growth strategy of the Real Estate department

Key requirements

• 10+ PQE in property/real estate
• ideally client-following or current panel for PLC housebuilders
• strong business development skills and market reputation
