As a Real Estate Solicitor in Bristol, you will handle a broad spectrum of property work for high-profile clients, from development and acquisitions to landlord and tenant and portfolio management. You will join a busy, national team and contribute to growth by strengthening client relationships and enhancing the firm’s market presence. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end real estate transactions for varied clients
• Supervise and mentor junior team members to deliver on projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive revenue and profitability
• Contribute to business development and strategic planning for the team
• Enhance local market share and contribute to firm branding and reputation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support large-scale property matters (development, acquisitions, disposals, landlord/tenant)
