SC Cleared Business Analyst

Overview

In this SC-cleared Business Analyst role, you will support the Portfolio Insights Programme within a Change & Planning directorate. You will map current and future operating models to deliver visibility and governance across the portfolio for a C-suite audience. You will translate business needs into evidence-based recommendations to inform solution design and decision making, enabling data-driven decisions and improved reporting. The role focuses on equipping teams with tools, enhancing reporting capability, and strengthening governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state analysis to define a future-state operating model
• Translate business needs into clear, evidence-based recommendations for solution definition
• Support discovery and analysis phases of the Portfolio Insights Programme
• Enhance reporting capability and governance standards across the portfolio
• Engage with stakeholders to inform data-driven decision making across all levels of the organisation

Key requirements

• Strong business analysis experience including process analysis, requirements definition, and business readiness
