Deputy Safeguarding Officer — Flexible Working

Guardian Jobs is recruiting on behalf of a North-West England diocese for a Deputy Diocesan Safeguarding Officer. The role oversees safeguarding casework, develops the safeguarding team and supports improvement, reporting to the Director of Safeguarding.

You will assess risk, apply policy, and uphold best practice across parishes, schools and chaplaincies. The post is full-time (35 hours per week) with a starting salary of £48,152 and a clear path to the top of the band.
