SEND Support Officer: Coordinating Care & Meetings (Hybrid)

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a SEND Support Officer to ensure statutory SEND responsibilities are fulfilled and services run smoothly.

You will coordinate SEND meetings, support families and professionals, and maintain accurate records in MOSAIC and other databases. You will provide data analysis to assist service planning and performance, while upholding confidentiality and safeguarding throughout daily duties.
