IMS Advisory Solutions Principal

Overview

As a Solutions Principal on Dell Technologies’ Managed Services team, you lead the design and articulation of end-to-end managed services for Dell’s largest customers. You will partner with Business Development, delivery leads, and SMEs to shape solutions that meet objectives and drive value. This role focuses on complex pursuits, including AI platforms, private clouds, and Cyber Recovery, in a remote UK setting. You will influence customers through compelling proposals and robust financial models. Join a collaborative, cross-functional team driving transformational IT outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret customer scope to define appropriate managed services approaches
• Create and own volume models to align stakeholders and drive financial modeling
• Collaborate with Delivery Leads, SMEs, and cross-functional partners to develop end-to-end proposals from design to Day 2 operations
• Coordinate with Business Development, pricing, and legal teams to craft pricing strategies and SOW content
• Engage in regular customer meetings and internal pursuit reviews
• Support pipeline development by working with BDEs to qualify opportunities

• Strong product/technology/industry knowledge
• Proficient at data analysis and flexible Excel modeling

• 7+ years of relevant managed services or equivalent operational management experience
