Solution Manager – Architect (with Avaloq Experience)

Overview

In this role you design and lead scalable banking solutions on the Avaloq platform, aligning business needs with technical execution. You act as a technical bridge between stakeholders and development teams, guiding end-to-end implementation and ensuring quality and timely delivery. You collaborate across business analysts, developers and QA to drive roadmaps and optimize architectures. You stay current with Avaloq updates and industry trends to shape strategy, while supporting pre-sales with technical insights. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role in a global consulting context with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions leveraging Avaloq platform capabilities
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specs and solution designs
• Lead solution implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute solution roadmaps
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship throughout the solution lifecycle
• Conduct solution reviews to identify optimization opportunities
• Manage stakeholder communications and present technical progress to diverse audiences
• Customize and configure Avaloq modules to meet client requirements
• Document architectures, decisions and approaches for knowledge transfer
• Stay current with Avaloq updates to inform strategy
• Support pre-sales with technical expertise and recommendations
