Thorn Baker Construction is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Technical) for an on-site role. You will lead the maintenance team, supervise contractors, and ensure reactive and planned works are delivered safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate holds Level 3 in Plumbing or Electrical, with strong knowledge of CAFM systems and statutory compliance, and a proven track record in facilities management. This is a site-based position with significant leadership responsibilities.
