ESR Administrator — Drive Workforce Data & HR Support

Dorset HealthCare is seeking an ESR Administrator to support the ongoing growth and optimisation of the ESR system across the trust. You will manage access, roles, and data quality, and provide user training and service-desk support to staff.

The role is based at the Dorset HealthCare HQ in Poole with weekly on-site presence and potential travel to other sites. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook, are essential.
