Retail Growth Manager: Territory Strategy & Profit

Henderson Group, a leading Northern Ireland business, is seeking a Business Development Manager to support independent SPAR retailers. You will drive wholesale and retail sales, develop territory marketing plans and improve margins while managing costs.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and manage relationships with SPAR estate retailers, driving growth and loyalty across NI markets. A full-time role with a company car is offered.
